In 2004, Brenda launched her own youth musical company: Brenda Gorlick's YoungStars. It is a two-tiered program combining in-class instruction and production work. It is comprised of young talent aged 11 and up who train in triple threat technique and apply their skills to the stage. Brenda Gorlick's YoungStars had their theatrical debut in the 2006 Winnipeg Fringe Festival with their crowd-pleasing production of You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown.
